If you are a veteran or novice meditator it is critical that you find a suitable Zafu or meditation pillow. I have meditated for over 10 years. I prefer to sit on Buckwheat filled Zafus as this medium provides pliant, yet sturdy support. I sit for long periods and this is by far the best option for longer average sit periods. I highly recommend the zafus and pillows below for comfort and durability.
